MyClassX is an ERP system built for schools, PU colleges, and institutions to manage every academic and administrative task seamlessly. From attendance and report cards to fees, receipts, and analyzers, it provides a complete end to end ERP solution.
The initial challenge was to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) with three to four account types for testing and approval. Once the MVP passed reviews, the next phase was to build a fully functional ERP that could handle complex workflows such as attendance management, online fee payments with instant receipts, and a multinlevel approval system for results (teacher → HOD → principal).
We carefully designed the architecture to ensure scalability and ease of use. From database schemas and backend controllers to a responsive frontend, every module was planned for smooth adoption by schools. Features like attendance tracking, fee management with online payment gateways, and structured approval flows were integrated to simplify daily operations.
The project exceeded expectations. The ERP now functions as a complete system ready for deployment, combining efficiency, speed, and user friendliness. Schools can seamlessly manage their operations, and the final testing phase confirmed stability. The outcome was stronger than anticipated and is now set to go live soon.
